Top of my list is the births of my children followed closely by my first solo flight. Share your journey since '67:I attended Michigan State after graduation where I met my first husband and the father of my children. After graduating from nursing school I began my career as an obstetrical nurse including certifications in Inpatient Obstetrics and Neonatal Instensive Care. I am now an RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and will remain in that positon until my retirement on April 1, 2018. I met my present husband at a Pediatric Advanced Life Support class I was teaching. What would you do differently, if you knew then what you know now?:Get an engineering degree ( although, I've had several degreed engineers working for me). Share your journey since '67:After high school I went to Nicholls for a short time, was a watchmaker/ jeweler, got Rolex certified at Rolex in New York. Then discovered this was more work than money, so. Went offshore as a welder. After a few years, I became a certified welding inspector. Then was in charge of structural integrity for all of ou rigs offshore. Ended up working for Transocean in charge of projects and structural and regulatory for the world wide theater.
